Why we don't offer refunds
Digital delivery

All beats and files are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once downloaded, the product cannot be returned or "un-downloaded."

Preview before purchase

Every beat on Sirmaxbeats includes a full-length audio preview. You have the opportunity to listen to the entire beat before making a purchase decision.

License irrevocability

Once a license is purchased, the rights granted under that license cannot be revoked. This protects both you and Sirmaxbeats from legal complications.

Limited exceptions

While we generally do not offer refunds, we do provide support in the following situations:

  • Corrupted or missing files – If you receive a corrupted or incomplete file, we will provide a replacement download within 48 hours.
  • Wrong file format – If you accidentally purchase the wrong format (e.g., MP3 instead of WAV), we may offer a one-time exchange at our discretion.
  • Duplicate purchase – If you accidentally purchase the same beat twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.
What is not covered
  • Change of mind – We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or no longer need the beat.
  • Creative differences – We do not offer refunds if the beat does not match your creative vision, as full previews are available.
  • Third-party issues – We are not responsible for issues related to your DAW, hardware, or other third-party software.
  • Licensing disputes – Once a license is purchased, you are bound by the terms of that license. Disputes regarding license terms do not qualify for refunds.
  • Lost files – We are not responsible for lost files after purchase. Please back up your downloads.
  • Unused licenses – Purchasing a license and not using it does not entitle you to a refund.

Chargebacks & disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms.

If you dispute a charge, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and pursue collection of the debt. We may also provide your purchase and account information to our payment processor to assist in resolving the dispute.
